Dr. Alex Desman grew up in Palm City and is proud to care for families throughout the Treasure Coast. With a strong connection to the community, he is committed to helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles through thoughtful orthodontic care.
His interest in orthodontics began in 2004, when he experienced treatment firsthand. Seeing how improved alignment and function could positively affect his confidence inspired him to pursue a career helping others experience similar benefits. That personal experience continues to shape how he connects with patients and approaches treatment planning.
Dr. Desman believes that successful treatment starts with listening and education. He takes time to answer questions, explain treatment options, and help patients understand what to expect throughout their care. His approach emphasizes careful planning, open communication, and recommendations tailored to each patient's orthodontic needs.

Outside the Office
Outside the practice, Dr. Desman enjoys spending time with his wife, Molly, whom he met in dental school, and their daughter, Ruby. Family time is especially important to them.
They enjoy watching sports, cooking together, and taking their dog, Milly, for long walks. Dr. Desman also likes playing golf, snowboarding, and staying active on his spin bike.
