Meet Dr. Alex Desman
Dr. Alex Desman grew up in Palm City and is proud to serve families throughout the Treasure Coast, a community that has always been close to his heart. His goal is straightforward: to help patients feel confident in their smiles through thoughtful orthodontic treatment delivered with skill and integrity.
His interest in orthodontics began in 2004 when he experienced treatment firsthand. Seeing how improved alignment and function positively affected his confidence inspired him to pursue a career focused on creating meaningful results for others. That early experience continues to influence his work today, shaping how he approaches consultations, patient interactions, and treatment planning.

Outside the Office
When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Desman enjoys life with his wife, Molly, whom he met in dental school, and their daughter, Ruby. Family time is everything to them.
They love watching sports, cooking together, and taking their dog Milly for long walks. Dr. Desman also enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, and staying active on the spin bike.
Dr. Desman believes successful orthodontic treatment starts with understanding and education. He makes time to address questions, outline each phase of treatment, and ensure patients know what to expect along the way. With a strong attention to detail , he provides precise, effective orthodontic solutions in an environment where patients and families feel respected and appreciated.
